Product Overview

A rugged oxygen analyzer for either parts per million or percent level measurements in natural gas.

Unaffected by contaminants or flow rate, the OXYvisor has no cross-sensitivity to common contaminants in natural gas, including carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide, and will deliver an accurate oxygen measurement every time.

The OXYvisor uses optical phase fluorometric technology to measure process oxygen. Phase modulation of the luminescent decay time of an oxygen specific luminophore allows the calculation of the partial pressure of oxygen concentration in the process stream.

With a rugged IP66, NEMA 4X enclosure, the OXYvisor can be relied on to deliver accurate oxygen measurement in a variety of applications in the natural gas industry, including pipeline quality and custody transfer, amine absorber efficiency, amine storage, and wellhead piping and compression.

RELIABLE MEASUREMENT
The luminophore is unaffected by contaminants or flow rate. The OXYvisor has no cross-sensitivity to common contaminants in natural gas, including carbon dioxide (CO2) and hydrogen sulfide (H2S), and will deliver an accurate O2 measurement every time.

USER SIMPLICITY
OXYvisor features through-the-glass programming via an infrared keypad. Users can easily access the intuitive configuration and calibration menus in a hazardous area without the need for a hot work permit, saving time and minimizing additional risk planning procedures. The optical O2 sensor is connected via a separate junction box, simplifying field sensor replacement while eliminating any exposure of the electronics to dust and humidity.

REMOTE OPERATION
OXYvisor allows users to transmit data, initiate automatic calibration, or configure the software remotely via Modbus RS485. The built-in data logger stores calibration history and error messages, providing users with analyzer performance history.

The OXYvisor is an accurate, reliable solution for measure oxygen in natural gas.
