APPLICATIONS
Solid fuel and combustion systems can create considerable ash and soot build-up inside firetube boilers and related waste heat recovery equipment. Soot deposits, heavy grades of oil, coal, biogas, wood waste, and particulate from residual fuels can reduce heat transfer efficiency. Fuel Efficiency's Automatic Tube Cleaning Systems/Soot Blowers work continuously to keep tubes clean and free of particulate deposits.
HOW IT WORKS
Our Automatic Tube Cleaners, also commonly referred to as soot blowers, use timed pulses of high pressure air or steam to clean and prevent build up that can cause reductions in boiler output and eventually even boiler tube failures. Particulate is continually removed from tubes to maintain peak efficiency 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
